You can do it directly from the MassageBook app or you can always call/text or email me to change or cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule if you are unable to keep an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged a rescheduling fee equal to half of the rate of your scheduled session. Less than 2 hours or a no-show results in a charge of the full session price. This amount should be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
